Meet Caz Duthie

Caz is a Certified Business Strategist, Qualified CILEx Lawyer, and a professionally trained Voiceover Artist, with a passion for helping others succeed.

In December 2019, Caz made a life-changing decision to leave her successful career as an employed Property Lawyer and pursue a new path as a full-time, self-employed Voiceover Artist. She set herself just one clear goal: to book as the voice of a national TV commercial, and within the first year, she successfully achieved this goal - still a significant milestone in her career to date!

However, as Caz continued to work in the industry, she began to realise that, while creative talent was important, there was a major gap in business support and strategy for entrepreneurs in the UK Voiceover industry. And as she spoke with more and more Business Owners from other creative fields, she quickly established that was apparent in a lot of the creative industries, generally.

Determined to overcome this challenge, Caz focused on learning how to build a successful business. She invested her time in business courses, took part in Masterminds, and worked closely with business mentors to gain the knowledge and skills needed to develop a solid business foundation.

In July 2022, Caz started her own Legal Consultancy business from home, where she put her newly acquired business knowledge into practice. In less than two years, she was able to turn this venture into a six-figure business—an achievement that further fuelled her desire to help other
entrepreneurs succeed.

Now, Caz is expanding her expertise to support small business owners, particularly those in the creative industries. With her background in law, business development, and voiceover, she is uniquely positioned to guide others through the challenges of building a successful

Caz lives in Hampshire, England, with her husband James and their two children, Rose and Jack (who, just to clear up any confusion, are named after their great-great-grandparents—not from the movie, Titanic!).
